How do I cancel?
Open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, pick LiLy Live and tap Cancel. VIP stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
I changed phones. How do I get VIP back?
Sign in to the same Google account on your new phone and open LiLy Live. Your subscription is linked to that Google Play account.
Can I try features before subscribing?
Yes. Watch a short video to unlock Face Effects, the Voice Changer or Background Music for 4 hours.
Why can't I unlock something while I'm live?
Unlocking would interrupt your stream, so it is only possible before you go live. Once unlocked, it stays on for 4 hours.
